Discover light aviation in a friendly, non-profit and club-based environment.

LES AILES DE GRAND CASE is a non-profit association governed by French Law of 1 July 1901. Discovery flights are not commercial air transport services but are organised as a club activity intended to introduce participants to light aviation.

1. Purpose of the Activity

LES AILES DE GRAND CASE offers discovery flights designed to introduce participants to light aviation.

This activity is organised within a non-profit association framework. The contribution requested from participants is intended solely to support the club’s operating expenses, including aircraft maintenance, fuel, insurance, facilities and operational organisation.

2. Booking Conditions

  • Bookings are subject to club availability.
  • Reservations become confirmed after payment or deposit, where applicable.
  • Gift vouchers remain valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

  • Flight route may be modified

4. Weather Conditions and Safety

Safety remains the absolute priority. The pilot may:

These decisions do not entitle participants to compensation other than a possible rescheduling.

5. Passenger Conditions

  • Passengers must follow all pilot safety instructions.
  • Minors require parental or legal guardian authorisation.
  • The club may apply weight and size limitations.
  • Passengers must disclose any condition that may affect the flight.

6. Insurance

The aircraft is covered by liability insurance in accordance with applicable aviation regulations.

Coverage applies within the limits and conditions of the club’s insurance policy. Participants may purchase additional personal insurance if desired.

7. Financial Contribution

The amount requested does not constitute payment for commercial air transport services or tourism activities.

The contribution is intended exclusively to support the operation and sustainability of the non-profit flying club.

8. Cancellation

  • Participant cancellation: minimum notice of 48 hours.
  • Weather cancellation: an alternative date will be offered.
  • Technical cancellation: flight rescheduling.

9. Acceptance

Booking or participating in the flight constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Our goal is to share the passion for aviation in a safe, accessible and club-oriented environment.
